Fabrics

Knitted in-house, 18–28 gauge.

Twenty circular machines, 18–28 gauge. Yarn counts and blends are confirmed against the approved sample before the order is placed. Dyeing placed with certified dyehouses; lab dips and bulk shade approved by us before cutting.

Decoration

Screen and DTF are on the same floor as stitching, so print approval and bulk run on our schedule, not a print house's.
